I've just gone onto the worldofwalker and it says my account no longer exists by my email. Which was about 6 years since I've been on it or maybe three to four years ago as I went into depression from losing my dad in 2022. I've come back on to sign into my account and it says there is no account under my email.
I don't know who to contact or if I just need to make a whole new account.
I need help. I thought I closed down my dad's PlayStation account after he passed away but the email came from Epic Games a few weeks back so I honestly thought the account was gone. But the email came to my email, not the PlayStation account email so I can't remember if I changed the email address a month ago or not. I thought Epic Games was part of PlayStation and I'm worried of logging in in case I reopen the account if it is gone. I've tried to find an email address for Sony but when I speak to the bot it wants me to log in to get to an adviser.
I did find the phone number but I need to know if its a free number I'm only on o2 pay as you go.
I want to delete my snapchat but it won't let me. It said 72 hours again yesterday after I logged back into my Snapchat after 2 years on the same phone on Thursday. I first logged in on Thursday and deleted all people who no longer speaks to me on it apart from one best friend. Reason for is that after an update it logged me out so I never opened Snapchat in the 2 years as I've been grieving over my dad too and had bad depression. So I opened it last night and when I found out about the SMS, I got scared as I can't afford SMS messages as I'm on pay as you go.
I admit, I tried again last night at midnight as I didn't know about the changes to Snapchat so thought it was just a glitch with it being a new login after two years of not using it. Did anyone find a way to delete? I'm logged out of snapchat now on my phone as I did look on Google for advice. It says about browser but if I log in after 72 hours is up, won't it reset it by using browser for account portal? Tried to find a way to contact Snapchat, even on X and it is just a bot speaking to me on DMs.

EDIT: I've logged out my phone after speaking to Snapchat bot and waiting the 72 hours. Though worried if I log back in it'll restart the timer. Tried to find a way to contact Snapchat and there isn't any.
I need to contact Amazon but the number it is giving me to request a call, does anyone know if it is free? I'm on o2 pay as you go and I can't afford to call outside of the UK? I need to contact them as my dad passed away, the email they had with Amazon was a shared email but when I tried to log in it is saying the email is new and to create an account but my mum can't remember deleting the account. We've been grieving for almost three years now and she wants the email gone as it hurts her to have the shared email going so she wants everything shut down that is associated with the account.
