Anyone that isn’t “straight forward “ use Beyond Mold for treatment?

I cannot afford $250 per 15 min to see Dr. H at Beyon Mold and haven’t been able to figure out how the monthly memberships really work on top of each session with a provider? I am stuck in the Shoemaker process and my current CIRS provider doesn’t seem to know what to do at this point. It seems like something in my sinuses ( likely MARCoNS ) really inflames my brain structures and has my nervous system constant activated. I do vagus nerve and brain retraining tools to the best of my ability daily but that isn’t the root issue. I also have literally zero testosterone and need it but haven’t done TRT because I have androgenic alopecia and my har is falling out even without it. I used some bioidentical E and P. I notice all the nervous system stuff is more intense early in my cycle when E and T drop. I need to restart treating MARCoNS because it’s wreaking havoc causing the ongoing inflammation but couldn’t tolerate the treatments because I think the inflammation was just pushing my nervous system constantly into sympathetic state. That’s why I leaned some brain retraining and stopped treatment except for Propolis. I feel like I need someone who can actually can help me figure out how to tolerate treatment and if hormones is the other missing issue. I live in an area very limited so I have the best provider I could before Beyond Mold came into existence.
Anyone know how they work if you can’t afford to work with Dr. H?
Are they only helpful if you can see Dr. H?
Anyone able to clearly explain how pricing, etc works?

Do you see the same provider each if you aren’t seeing Dr.H?

Also, anyone have insight into my nervous system issues and if hormones is a big part or it’s all whatever is deep in my sinuses?

Thanks so much for reading!

Using Spiro when on BHRT ?

**Questions**: Thanks in advance ❤️

***If you are using BHRT and started Spiro, how did you manage side effects?***

***Was it difficult to manage your BHRT and hormones when on Spiro? ( so many go to BC because it messes up hormones).***

***Did it require changing your E and P doses?***

***Were you also using TRT with it and do it help your hair?***

So afraid of fatigue and other sides of Spiro but also it totally making managing my hormones even harder.

Below is a little history. Sorry so long but need help.

I have AGA and have been on oral minoxidil with shedding/ thinning most of the time on it. I have diffuse loss so topical Finasteride is hard to use and I have to cycle it because after 8-10 weeks it gives me crazy bad fatigue and weakness. I wait about 6 weeks and can use again. I have been trying oral pumpkin seed oil but after a few months at 1000mg a day I have bad fatigue… stopped 2-3 weeks and resumed and a week and a half later fatigue started again. Took a week or so off and restarted at 500mg but fatigue creeping back. I am perimenopause but basically one foot toward menopause and am on BHRT because all my hormones tanked when I came off BC a few years back ( I now know it unmasked my AGA 😭).

I have been trying to avoid oral Spiro because my hormones are already not balanced well and I am sensitive to topical finasteride so I can only imagine what Spiro will do based on what I read in here and FB. I have super low T and need to add TRT but have continued hair loss due to my hair follicle being so sensitive to DHT.

So sounds like I have to stop the PSO and painful to back to tying to use topical Fin all over my scalp with long hair unless anyone knows a good schedule to stay on 500mg PSO for maintenance?

Time for a topper? How do you know?

When I sleep and then try to style my hair the next day, my thinnest spot toward the top back of my head is very visible. I think it’s where my natural cowlick would be or I am thinning there fastest because of how I sleep. Sometimes it happens when I freshly wash and make curly. The curls make my hair look much fuller.

I haven’t started Spiro because I am on Bioidentical Hormones Replacement and have no idea how Spiro will mess with those hormones that aren’t well balanced unfortunately. Afraid adding Spiro is just gonna make my hormones and other health issues worse but als need it. I don’t have much in my region to assist as far as advice for or getting a topper besides an expensive salon place that does human hair one’s. They take 2-3 months to come in. I just don’t l know if this is as obvious to the public versus me that knows it there?

Brand Cytomel versus Generic T3?? You notice a difference?

I have been on brand Cytomel for several years and now insurance won’t pay for it. I am sensitive to meds and worry about generic being less effective. Money is tight but may be able to afford via Good Rx.

Has anyone gone from Cytomel to generic? Notice any difference in your levels??
