Working menus, battles, unit gifting...

I was wondering if anyone has come across this before? I make a video with a drone, split the video into frames, attach exif data to it, but then, somehow, the height for different sets of images is wrong, so i get 2 or 3 planes on top of eachother.

What am I missing here?
