Why did the cement truck randomly explode?

Contrary to what the game believes by giving me a wanted level I was not the cause of it, I actually didn't even notice there was a cement truck there until it exploded

So I recently updated YouTube music and regular YouTube but whenever I open the apps they have this blue theme

The version regular YouTube is on is 20.51.39 and the version YouTube music is on is 8.47.56

The first two screenshots are from regular YouTube and the last two are from YouTube Music

Trying to buy GTA 4 but Xbox claims I own it when I don't

Like the title says I'm trying to buy GTA 4 since it's on sale but it claims I already own it (which I never did on any Xbox I've owned (One S and Series S)) and I only get the option to install it (that's the case on the website, the app and my Series S) so I clicked it and after it installed it says I don't own the game.. Also I already tried the fixes on the Microsoft site and they didn't work and I'm the only account on my Xbox so it can't be a potential bug from having multiple accounts
