What type of Boon glove

What glove should I get? Lace up? Classic? Or compact?
I already have these red bgl6 gloves but I feel like a terrible training partner whenever I use them as they’re pretty firm. I also got these shinguards for $60 on offer up and am looking to complete the set. Idk what kind of gloves I should get primarily for sparring. The red gloves I’ll use on days where I’m focusing on clinch work. For the Boon gloves I want to be able to punch knowing that they’re pretty padded. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Becoming a drug and alcohol counselor :)

So I just graduated with a BA in psychology, and I'm starting kinda late on this, but better late than never. My goal is to obtain a CADC III certification, and I am just starting to go through the necessary steps to get there, like working on getting a RADT trainee 1 cert and then 2, eventually getting a RADT Intern cert. I was advised to meet the education requirements, 80 hours of core competency education by a CCAPP-approved college or school, that I should get these hours online. If anyone can share their experiences with this phase or picking out a good school, I am all ears or eyes in this case, kinda need a little hand-holding.

Need tips on how to mount kickboxing bag

I got this bag for $30 and this is my parents backyard. They don’t really care if I put a full fledged frame but if possible I want to do this as cheaply as possible while still having a good quality set up.
