The Global Kr@tom Coalition is alerting North Carolina residents to an urgent and evolving situation in the state legislature.

House Bill 328 — which includes a blanket kr@tom ban — is set to be debated between House and Senate lawmakers in a closed-door negotiation.

We need advocates to contact the members of this conference committee and urge them to embrace commonsense regulation for natural kr@tom leaf, not a blanket ban that fails to distinguish between natural kr@tom leaf products and concentrated synthetic kr@tom derivatives.

Specifically, advocates should tell lawmakers to consider age restrictions, mandatory third-party testing, and labeling requirements. The General Assembly should follow the lead of federal health officials, who have recommended scheduling concentrated synthetic 7-OH, not natural kr@tom leaf.

Friend in desperate need... Weekly pay

My friend, she's a 48 yo female with multiple sclerosis and Crohn's disease. Because of her MS she cannot climb her stairs in her townhouse anymore and is needing another female to come in and help her with a sponge bath and wash her hair. If she can braid, that's a bonus. She don't technically need a caregiver just some extra hands.

Did you realize medicare advantage plans doesn't cover home aides the at all? Thanks UHC.

She would ask her adult son but it's too weird, plus he's already her full-time caregiver. Her parents are elderly and her mom already takes care of her disabled sister. All her friends are either passed on or moved outta state.

She was going to pay a home health aide agency to come in but they only come in 4 hr blocks. She can't afford that as she's on a fixed income. It'll only be 1 x a week and she'll use no rinse scrubezzs in between. It'll only take 45 mins to an hour.

You can message me here I'll put on notifications. Thanks in advance ❤️
