It would be somewhat unfinished, but there's a lot of modifications that would be highly convenient to play with.

The first thing i noticed was that it's Flight Speed was big. Like, 40 feet when activated is more than most entire PCs, afaik, without magical support, can Stride. And not only that, it's permanent hover speed. But that made me wonder, what if it was, for example, a flat –10ft. Penalty to your Stride speed, but it converts your movement type to Flight? How much weaker would that be?

For instance, how far above their level could a Magic Item be given? What scenarios should allow for that? Etc?

The Ritual rules state that, quote, "The GM can adjust the DCs of rituals, add or change primary or secondary checks, or even waive requirements to fit specific circumstances. For example, performing a ritual in a location where ley lines converge on the night of a new moon might make a normally difficult ritual drastically easier."

In your opinion, what would "drastically easier" look like? For instance, if I were to cast Create Undead under the full moon, representing the supernatural, deep within the forested ruins of an old fortress, whilst a harsh storm raged on outside—what would those factors do independently? Would the whole circumstantial bonus be larger than the sum of each added together?

I keep feeling like my skull is almost... too rigid? Like it's an overfilled can of soda that needs its lid cracked open to relieve the pressure build up. I keep feeling like if i was somehow able to harmlessly open up my forehead, like by pressing down on it and letting it crunch so there's a hole for air to release from, I'd feel infinitely better, because it's pressing from the inside, out.

Am i just stressed?

I'm figuring out a courtesan-type Kitsune right now, so the flavour of Rogue would be as a Ninja. Of course, this begs the question—would Rogue-Bard or Bard-Rogue be more helpful here? We're playing at 5th Level right now.

All I can find are places actively in Glasgow, or old posts that mention places since shut down, like the Settlers that used to be in Hamilton, but moved to Glasgow proper. Any help would be appreciated.
