I feel like 2.5 is kicking my butt
I’m afraid to go up to 5mg next week!
I just had my 3rd ever dose of 2.5, and the exhaustion is real. I feel like I can hardly function. I’m not hungry at all, but I am forcing myself to eat, giving priority to fibre and protein. I’m tracking to make sure I’m getting enough.
Has anyone stayed on 2.5 longer than a month? I’m worried that 5 will be the end of me 😆
