Selling Furniture
What are other alternatives to selling furniture than dealing with Facebook marketplace and garage sales? I would prefer if a business came in, gave me a price, and moved it out so I don’t have to deal with bartering and logistics.

Looking for roles in implementation/configuration (not primarily client facing roles) that are remote and pay around 100k. I’ve been working in HR Tech for the last 10 years and I’m open to working in another industry. I’m finding it difficult in finding non-client facing roles. I don’t want to be in account management, just behind the scenes. I’d appreciate any recommendations!
How are those three story townhomes near market square selling? They identified building deficiencies (not for all) that required 30k-40k in repairs, prompting the HOA to drop the 100% maintenance free setup so owners could own the repairs. Is this being disclosed to potential buyers?
Looking for recommendations on stylists who specialize in curly cuts (not heavily textured hair). I received a recommendation for Imago but not a single person who cuts hair actually has curly hair and I find that suspicious.
We had an awful experience with this realtor and honestly wish we'd seen this TikTok before deciding to work with him:

In my opinion, the entire experience showed a lack of preparation, judgment, and attention to detail. It felt like we were doing more to keep the transaction on track than the person we hired to represent us. We definitely wouldn't use him again.
If you've personally worked with a realtor who was knowledgeable, proactive, and actually delivered great results, please send me their name. I'm looking for recommendations from people who have actually used the realtor themselves, not "I heard they're good" referrals.
