Sofa misalignment

Hi,

I have had this sofa delivered on Monday from DFS. It’s a 3 seater recliner and the middle is showing noticeable misalignment. Someone from DFS has come over and told me this cannot be fixed as these pieces are modular which makes sense. I have spoken to DFS and the branch manager is telling me that they cannot do a refund or a replacement because this is hand crafted. What can I do here? Please let me know as I feel like I am being gaslit but the branch manager telling me that this will soften over time with use. I have attached 2 photos one with the entire sofa and the other more closely showing the misalignment.

Partners first car

Hi,

My partner is looking for an electric car budget is between 10-15K she wants a small car, hatchback and the exception of the Hyundai Kona as that’s what she learnt in. She wants all the features, doesn’t really care about power. Parking sensors and rear camera are essential and car needs to be 2021 and younger. Also, full EV no hybrid. Hi guys seek advice for my golf

My car is misfiring and I have a flashing check engine light. I plugged in my obd and it’s telling me cylinder 3 and 4 are misfiring. It’s a 1.4L TSI MK7.5. I am thinking it’s the coil packs but not 100% sure.
