Hi everyone, I promise this is not another software post like what we usually get here in this subreddit.
I have this issue with some trainers, we have a fair percentage based commission on personal training packages, if they are employed under the gym they get 40% and if they are freelancers they get 50%
60/40 cut is added on top of their salaries
50/50 cut is straight forward deal
I have few from both and they keep asking for more, trainers under the gym they want 50/50 cut (some of them)
And the freelancers some of them want 60/40 on their behalf
They do that as soon as they accumulate around 13-15 clients and I had to let some of them go as I don’t want to break policy or keep updating the deals because I know at the end I will be the one who makes almost no profit running a big gym.
My question is how do you deal with this situation? Honestly they are good people and they are good trainers but financially what they are asking for is too hard to do
Each of them before enrolling in this program has to sign an agreement stating the terms and conditions (we only pay the cuts for completed sessions or completed PT package) and stating the percentage with a minimum enrollment per month or the agreement is void after 3 connective months of not meeting the requirements.
I’m wondering if you guys are doing something differently to tackle this or it’s a work hazard that we all go through

I just started the game like 2-3 weeks ago and I just finished the campaign, now I’m lost there are so many things to do and I have no idea what to focus on
Basically I’m on easy mode, playing as paladin at the moment
How do I get better quality gear? Where do I find them more often?
What should I prioritize doing?
Can I upgrade gear to better quality like from yellow to orange and above?
Does the drop rarity have anything to do with the difficulty?
If I use dungeon keys I noticed there is a timer, what happened if I’m in the dungeon and the time is up?
