Salary on hold due to missed MYTE submission — leaving Accenture this Friday. Need advice

Hi everyone, I joined Accenture on May 25 and unfortunately missed my MYTE submission for the period of May 25–31.
My May 25-31 salary was eventually processed as an off-cycle payment and credited on June 5. However, my July salary was put on hold because of the missed MYTE submission.
A few other colleagues who joined along with me were in the same situation. Their July salary was also initially held, but it was later processed as an off-cycle payment and credited on August 5. Mine, however, is still on hold.
I raised tickets with both the MYTE and Payroll teams. Payroll told me that the payment is being held because of the missed MYTE. When I checked with the MYTE team, they said that all my timesheets have been processed from their end and asked me to contact Payroll again.
The frustrating part is that I’m currently on notice period, and my last working day is August 21 (this Friday).
In my latest ticket, Payroll told me that I can expect the July salary to be processed as an off-cycle payment on August 20. However, I’m not sure whether it will actually get credited tomorrow.
I understand that my August salary will be included in my Full & Final settlement, but my concern is specifically about the pending July salary. If it doesn't get credited tomorrow, should I immediately email HR/Payroll and get written confirmation that the pending July salary will be paid after my exit?
I’m also worried because once I leave the company, I’m not sure how easy it will be to follow up on a pending salary payment. The lack of visibility around these payroll issues has honestly been quite frustrating.
Has anyone been in a similar situation at Accenture where your salary was held because of a missed MYTE submission, especially when you were leaving the company? Did you eventually receive the pending salary through an off-cycle payment or as part of F&F?
Any advice on what I should do before my last working day would be really appreciated.

Should I leave Accenture after just 2 months for a 45% hike at PwC?

I'm looking for some honest opinions because I've been overthinking this decision.

I joined Accenture about two months ago, and I'm currently serving my notice period because I received an offer from PwC.

A little background: I come from an HR background.

Here's my situation:

  • Accenture
    • Shift: 5:30 PM – 3:00 AM, and I usually reach home around 4:00 AM.
    • The team is really chill, my manager and colleagues are nice, and the work environment is good.
    • My biggest issues are the pay and the project and no personal time since i have to spend around 3 hrs commuting to office. The work is very limited, and I don't feel like I'm learning or growing much.
  • PwC
    • Offering me a 45% salary hike.
    • The office is much closer to where I live, which means less commute.
    • The shift will still be a night shift (either 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM or 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
    • It will be a completely new project, which could be a good learning opportunity—but it's also the part that makes me nervous since I have no idea what the team or work culture will be like.

I'm happy with almost everything at Accenture except the compensation and the work itself. On the other hand, PwC offers significantly better pay and potentially better career growth, but it also comes with the uncertainty of a new environment anyone here moved from Accenture to PwC (or worked at both)? I'd really appreciate hearing your experiences or anything I should consider before making this decision.

Job Title Mismatch on offer letter- accenture

Hi All, I recently attended an interview for a payroll role and received the offer letter, but the designation mentioned is “HR Service Delivery Analyst.” When I checked with HR, they said the actual role is Payroll Analyst and not to worry about the title.

I’m confused because HR Service Delivery Analyst seems different and not entirely payroll-specific. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal for companies like accenture to use a different title? Does it create any negative impact in the future when I move to another company?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for advice regarding my mother, who is currently working in Oman as a domestic worker.

She is facing a dispute with her employer/sponsor and no longer wants to continue working due to the situation. However, the sponsor is demanding around INR 2.5 lakhs as visa/recruitment charges in order to let her leave.

We’re not sure if this demand is legally valid, and we’re really worried about her safety and how she can return to India without facing any legal trouble.

I’d really appreciate any guidance on the following:

Is she legally required to pay this amount?

What is the proper process for her to safely exit Oman?

What immediate steps should she take in this situation?

Whom can I reach out to seek help regarding labour dispute ?

If anyone has gone through something similar or has knowledge about labor laws in Oman, your help would mean a lot.

Thank you.
