Minecraft local wireless (ad hoc) not working

I’ve been trying to get it to work for a long time, I even tried to use lan play but no matter what I do the option to join another world just doesn’t appear on any of the switches, lan_mitt isn’t downloaded on both my systems.
Other games work with local wireless like castle crashers and killer queen black.
I don’t think you need to be friends in order to find each other’s worlds , but if that’s the problem, can anyone point me out to a solution where I can add friends on both systems ? (The option isn’t available normally on Emummc as 90dns block Nintendo servers even trying to add local profiles doesn’t do anything because you then need to be online)

Which diamond should i fuse to FX ? Any help would be appreciated!

My favourite character is Black Dragon Erron Black (but he’s only F2)
A second pick for me would be MK1 Shang Tsung which I can get to FX but I really don’t know if it’s worth it.
The logic answer would probably be Klassic Raiden but I feel like I can drop him from so many packs that it’s not worth it + I have injustice 2 raiden at F9

Any help would be appreciated!

You must update the application to start it

{SOLVED CHECK THE EDIT}
I received this message after installing an update file for Borderlands 3 , the game was working fine before on v1.00 but after installing patch v1.29 (not the latest) it stopped working even after restarting the console.
After looking around for solutions I found that someone suggested to go to the user files then downloads and delete the folder that contained the title id of the game. However there were mixed results with some saying that it has corrupted their game and others reporting that it worked so I don’t know what to do anymore._.
Redownloading the game will take me ages so it’s not an option tbh.

EDIT :
All I had to do was delete the folder inside /user/download/(title id of the game) and the game worked flawlessly

Can this make me prone to getting banned ?

I have noticed that when my JB ps4 9.00 is connected to wifi it shows up on my recently played games on the app, can my account get banned for this ?
I’m not blocking psn servers but technically if I do so will this resolve the issue ?
