Hi I just started using Vgen recently this year and I had a great time with my 1st commission. when the commission was in WIP they immediately contacted me first and I had a great experience in their service when they created artwork of a novel character with my feedback.
I recently commissioned 2 more artworks with 2 different artists but even though its on WIP I haven't received any messages or sketch's with the funded commission. I'm unsure on how the artwork is progressing as the vgen deadline approaches and don't want refund it if they are already working on it especially since they have no refund policy for WIP artworks on their terms of service.
I heard it is very rude for the customer to contact the artist first and to just wait for updates from them but I want to know what methods I should do when paying for future artworks on vgen website.
