Terrasil for balanitis?

I’ve had what I can only guess is balanitis inflammation on the glans for about 3 months now (though I’ve been told multiple things by different drs). It started after prolonged exposure to hot water in the shower, and derms have given me practically every topical under the sun for it (tacrolimus, desitin, mupirocin, clovetasol, clotrimazole, opzelura etc). Ive only tried one at a time, but they all seem to ultimately make it redder and more inflamed.

Vaseline daily is about the only thing that seems to be safe that I’ve tried, but at the same time it’s still not getting rid of it. It will kind of go in flares, but not go away. I’ve always had sensitive skin anyways, but I was looking into terrasil online for balanitis. Anyone with a really stubborn case and sensitive skin tried this? Or any other ointment that worked for the

Question about potential hibiclens toxicity

I decided to use a a pump of hibiclens in the lower part of my nostril last night since I tested for MRSA a few months back and my nose was feeling irritated. I immediately realized I probably shouldn’t and washed it out well with my clean finger and water and some tissue. But then about a half hour later, I was still worried about potential residue, so I sniffed a little tap water up the nostril to try to flush it, and then also realized that probably wasn’t a good idea.

My question is what are the odds any of the chemical could have traveled to the brain through the nasal passage when I sniffed up the water? Since I read the chemical in Hibiclens is highly neurotoxic. Would there have been any left when I sniffed the water a half hour later or would it have bonded to the skin by then if there was, since I read that’s what it does?

I have felt shaky and a brain fog since around when I used the hibiclens last night, but I already have TBI issues or it could be anxiety or I could also be getting sick since I’m around a sick person right now. Any reason here for me to be actually concerned about contact of the hibiclens with the brain?
