Love Stamps, 1k, White Mountain
I absolutely love this puzzle (no pun intended). Stamps are so fun. It’s like doing two dozen mini puzzles. The nostalgia is fun too. I remember buying some of these forever stamps.

I have been avoiding this build for months and expecting it to be a slug because I don’t generally like plants and foliage. I’m surprised to say this was actually fun. There was enough textural difference between each section of greenery that it wasn’t difficult or even necessary to shape sort.
Bought it for the holiday and didn’t get to it. Better late than never. This was easy and fun.
I saw this and knew I needed it. I LOVE all the small details and arrangements. Placing the martial arts posters together is accurate and showing Titanic with Princess Bride was a great pairing.
I forgot about the custom cardboard cutouts and displays they used to have. What I wouldn’t give today to have the Mask or Who Framed Roger Rabbit cutout. How I miss those days.
This has been sitting in my to-do shelf for year because my only other experience with Vermont Christmas wasn’t positive (crumbly, thin pieces). This time was nice so I may have to give them another chance. I’m usually on the fence with random piece cut but this was also surprisingly enjoyable.
This was my experimental foray into “impossible” puzzles. I can definitively say I don’t appreciate this type of puzzle. I usually look forward to puzzle sessions but this was a chore.
What’s worse, I bought it brand new and it was missing a piece. At least I’m only out $5 from 5 Below.
This was my first Colorluxe and I must say this puzzle was a delight! I have a general rule that I don’t puzzle food (because they make me hungry) but I made an exception for this one.
I like to do an easy 300pc palette cleanser so to speak after completing several 1k piece counts. I find the instant gratification of a quick build to be reenergizing.
First, I’m thrilled that this thrifted puzzle was complete. I paid a fraction of retail for it. Second, I love the finished product and will be mounting on it the wall.
Now the bad: this puzzle was tough and frustrating - more frustration than I would normally give to completing a build - because of crumbling pieces, false fits and the same silver/gray pieces for 3/4 mascots and all 4 knight hoods.
I heard Aquarius could have these issues but I wanted to try the brand for myself. I will not be doing another.
