I built a dashboard to solve my own multi-platform income problem, looking for 5 people to try it and tell me what's broken

Every month I was opening Stripe, Gumroad, and Patreon separately, doing math by hand, and still not being sure what I actually kept after fees.

So I built Owelet. It connects all your platforms and shows your real net income, fee breakdown per platform, burn rate, and cashflow in one place.

It's early. Probably has issues I haven't found yet. That's exactly why I want real people using it before I keep building.

If you sell on any of these — Stripe, Gumroad, Patreon, Teachable, Lemon Squeezy, Thinkific, Buy Me a Coffee bunch more to come), and you're tired of the manual math, I'd love you to try it.

Free tier avaliable at owelet.app, no credit card required. Just tell me what's confusing, what's missing, or what doesn't work.

For those of you selling on Gumroad AND somewhere else — how do you actually know what you made this month?

Genuinely curious how other creators handle this.

I sell on a few platforms and every month end I'm opening multiple tabs, doing math by hand, trying to figure out my actual net after fees. Patreon shows one number, whatever else I use shows another, and none of them agree on what I actually kept.

Do you have a system that actually works? Spreadsheet? Some tool I don't know about? Or are you just guessing like I was?

If you sell on more than one platform, you probably don't know what you actually made last month

Not revenue. Net.

Gumroad shows you one number. Stripe shows another. Patreon shows a third. None of them talk to each other and none of them subtract their own fees before showing you that number.

So you're left opening 3 tabs, doing math by hand, and still not being sure if the number is right. Most multi-platform creators I've talked to just guess. Or they have a spreadsheet they update once a month that's always slightly wrong.

Gumroad alone takes 10% plus card processing on top. Patreon goes up to 12% depending on your plan. On $3k a month across a few platforms you could be losing $400 in fees you never properly tracked.

I built Owelet to just show you the real number. Connects to Stripe, Gumroad, Patreon, Teachable, Lemon Squeezy, Thinkific and Buy Me a Coffee. One place, real net, fee breakdown per platform, burn rate, cashflow over time.

Free at owelet.app. Still early and genuinely want to know if this hits the problem or misses something.

Built a dashboard that pulls all your creator revenue into one place after seeing too many people guess their own income

Founder here.

Gumroad takes 10%. Etsy stacks listing fees, transaction fees, payment fees. Patreon skims up to 12%. Stripe adds 2.9% plus 30 cents every transaction.

Most creators selling across multiple platforms have no real number. They have a Stripe tab and a Gumroad tab and an Etsy tab and they're adding things up in their head and still getting it wrong.

I got tired of seeing people talk about their revenue like it meant something when none of them actually knew their net.

Built Owelet to fix it. Connects to Stripe, Gumroad, Etsy, Patreon, Shopify, Teachable, Lemon Squeezy, Whop, Thinkific, Buy Me a Coffee. One dashboard. Real net after fees, per-platform fee breakdown, expense tracking, burn rate, cashflow over time.

Free at owelet.app. Genuinely curious what the SaaS community thinks is missing from this.

Hey there guys, am 16. And I built a lead gen tool for ai automaters but not able to get paying users. I have been at it for months and months and nothing, I rather see people who expect me to give them more or want free stuff. I don't know if I should stop here and start something new, as it will be easier and better due to the experience I gained from building Qualow. I really want experienced help and want to learn more.

Thanks a lot for reading me, once again thanks a lot!
