[Routine Help] 21F — Please be brutally honest about my skin! What products should I use?

21F looking for skincare advice! My concerns are uneven skin tone, hyperpigmentation, tiny bumps, texture, and dark under-eyes/eyelids.

Current routine:
Cleanser: La Roche-Posay
Toner pads: Medicube (blue)
Moisturizer: Nivea Creme
Eye cream: Kiehl’s Avocado Eye Cream
Recently purchased: Turmeric toner pads

My skin feels dry after washing but gets extremely oily a few hours after moisturizing. I’m unsure of my skin type and would love product recommendations. Does my skin look healthy for my age? Please be brutally honest!

Best shop vac for cleaning a car? ($80–115 budget)

Hi! My boyfriend asked for a vacuum for his birthday that he’ll use to clean his car. I don’t know much about vacuums, so I was hoping you guys could recommend one.

He mentioned wanting a shop vac, so I’m looking for recommendations in that category. My budget is around $80–115. Is that enough for a good one, and if so, which model would you recommend?
