AA AND FM together?

Starting my preparation around 20 July. I have AA booked and am thinking of taking FM as well. I can study around 7–8 hours/day until the September exams.

Is it realistically possible to pass both AA and FM in the remaining time, or should I just focus on AA and attempt FM in December?

Would appreciate honest advice from anyone who's done these papers. Thanks!

Prerequisite not met for SBR" error after failing PM — What do I do?

Hey everyone,

I’m currently in a bit of a tough spot and could use some advice. I unfortunately failed PM in my last attempt, and I had already booked SBR for the upcoming September 2026 session.

When I look at my exam planner, I’m getting the error: "Prerequisite not met for SBR."

I’m a bit confused—does this mean I can't sit for SBR at all until I pass PM? If I want to keep my SBR booking, do I have to add PM to the same session? Or is there any other way to bypass this?

Any guidance or similar experiences would be super helpful. Thanks!

GE Subject Mismatch in DU Portal (Will I get ER)?

Need serious help regarding DU GE subject issue pls 😭

I’m from Ramjas College, B.Com Programme Sem 4. During subject selection I accidentally selected the wrong GE subject on the portal. My portal is showing “Individual and Society” but my actual GE classes/exam are for “Language and Literature”.

I had informed the GE teacher earlier and he told me to get it corrected, but due to personal reasons + being out of town I delayed it badly and now classes are over and internal marks are uploaded.

My admit card is showing Language and Literature GE and my exam roll no is there, so I can sit for the exam. But on the college portal my GE still shows Individual and Society and IA is basically zero/not uploaded.

I went to admin today and they said the teacher has to send my name + subject details for correction. But when I texted the teacher, he refused and said: “go to principal office, I can’t help”.. I really requested him a lot to help but he said that he can't help and asked me to not text him he won't reply more.

I did give one test and one assignment though.

Now I’m really stressed because honestly I’m not even that concerned about internals anymore since they’ll probably remain zero anyway 😭 My main concern is whether I can still PASS if there is a mismatch between the portal subject and the admit card/exam subject.

Like if I give the Language and Literature exam properly:

  1. Will my marks still be updated in the result?

  2. Can I still pass despite the portal mismatch?

  3. Will I automatically get ER/backlog because of this?

  4. Has anyone faced a similar DU portal/GE mismatch issue before?

Please reply if anyone genuinely knows how DU handles this 😭
