Life of Constant Transformation In Chart

2.5 years ago I got a weight loss surgery and ended up losing 300lbs in a year and a half, then developed addiction and overly restrictive relationship with food that almost took me out, ended up in treatment, got sober, and found food freedom. I moved home about a year ago and started a protein cookie business with family help but I've been struggling to get it off the ground and it feels like everything I do to try and excel financially or physically ends up not working. Can anyone see this in my 8th house?

I'm Sick & Tired Of Trying To Lose Weight

I'm Sick & Tired of Trying To Lose Weight

I've been trying to lose weight since I was 11 years old and I've done millions of diets: keto, south beach diet, Paleo, Medi Weight Loss Clinic, Gastric Sleeve surgery, Fat Camp, etc.

In 2024, I hit my top weight of over 600lbs at 5'8 (scale stopped working so I never saw my top number). Through SEVERE calorie restriction, I was able to lose 300lbs getting down to 330 at my lowest when I was hospitalized and diagnosed with POTs and Bipolar.

Now I'm a year into recovery (ED and sobriety) and I just can't get myself to lose weight anymore. I'm sick and tired of it. Whenever I try to track calories, I get dangerously close to my ED, and the idea of doing another diet feels like torture. If all my life is a weight loss journey, what is even the point?

All I want to do is get strong, enjoy the foods I like, and eat intuitively but it feels like everywhere I look, everyone is suggesting I need to continue losing weight and I'm tired of being treated like I'm subhuman just because I'm not at an ideal bodyweight. The idea of another weight loss journey makes me feel like it would cause more mental and physical harm than good.

Is it worthwhile documenting my life/story?

I have posted 4 videos documenting my story, but I'm beginning to wonder if it's worthwhile documenting this journey. For some context, I've lost 300lbs (still have some more to go), got sober, got diagnosed with POTs and bipolar, and am pursuing strongman training and starting my own business. My struggle is I don't know how to make it interesting for the viewers. I try to add nuggets of value/information throughout. I guess my main question, is my story interesting enough to watch, or should I continue on to something else?
