I have been applying to insurance roles, such as assistant underwriting, claims etc. but haven’t had any luck. Should I keep applying to these roles as well?

I am trying to find a very good and affordable basketball that does not pick up dust and performs well.
The court I play at is super dusty since it is a very busy court and not maintained super well.
I have used the TF-1000 and PRO SELECT U17. According to reviews online these were pretty good balls at very affordable prices, which in my experience were pretty good.
HOWEVER
They both pick up dust so fast. After 20-30 minutes of shooting around the ball picks up so much dust it slips off my fingers when shooting.
I also used to use a rubber basketball (outdoor kinda) and it lasted longer before picking up dust by the roughness of the outdoor rubber balls made my fingers peel so I prefer leather / fake leather basketball balls.
So can anyone recommend good INDOOR basketball that does not pick up dust as fast and maintains grip!
EDIT: It is not a thick layer of dust. My shoes can still grip and squeak, but dusty enough for my ball to be slippery after 30 minutes.

Is this not discrimination in the hiring place? Whether I am white, black, yellow, rainbow, from Iran should not matter but they keep asking!!
Edit: I mean not passport nationality, but like cultural nationality.

Hi, I bought the MBA M4 around 6 months ago.
Since then, I have found the charging very suspicious. For context, I alternate between 3 charging areas and found my Mac to not charge properly unless using the charging block that it came with.
My other 2 charging areas uses my old 90W charger with came with my old Mac Book Pro, and my other station uses a normal iPhone charger.
All 3 which should charge my Mac, however only the charging adapter which came with my MBA M4 charges.
The other 2 will not increase the charge on my Mac unless my Mac is turned off / sleep. If I am charging while using my Mac, the battery will stay the same. If my Mac is dead, those 2 charging adapters will not turn on my Mac until I connect to the MBA M4 35W Dual adapter. Otherwise, with the 2 other charging adapters, with my Mac turned off / sleep it will take over 9 hours to charge. Sometimes I leave it to charge over night, and I wake up to it not fully charged. I have tried changing the cord around and the issue remains.
All charging adapters and cords are genuine Apple products.
Has anyone had this problem before or know why?
