Can't watch "The Boys" in Japan?

I'm traveling in Japan right now but "The Boys" in my Amazon Prime Video App shows unavailable. Gen V and other TV shows play just fine. Is it region locked? Didn't find any other post about this issue. My account is US based.

Anyone with a car (or rental) want to do a Costco run?

I have a US Costco membership but don't have a car. I'm curious if anyone with a car wants to do a Costco run in Kyoto.

If you have a car but don't have a Costco membership, I can help you get in or even pay for you first. Just pay me back in cash.

If we are doing a car rental, I'm doing to share the car rental price.

How to report medical fraud/scam in Taiwan?

A family member has fallen into a medical scam. For $2000ntd each visit, a medical machine is to be able to scan your whole body just by sending sound through a headphone you are wearing. It's clearly a medical scam.

How do I report this to a related government authority? I know there is an 165 phone line but I'm not sure if they take medical scams.

Taipei government needs to crack down on leaving used tissue in U-bike basket

WTF people. Why are people so causally leaving their dirty/used tissue paper in the U-bike basket? It's fucking disgusting. Almost 70% of the U-Bikes I have seen have some used tissue paper in the basket.

Seriously, WTF.
