Did a Star Trek-inspired adventure for the Appendix N Jam!

This is technically for a (as-of-yet unpublished) "Star Trek" hack of Cairn, but it's Cairn nonetheless so I'm sharing it here :)

Hopefully it's fun and interesting to run! (I did playtest it twice, so I'm pretty sure it's reasonably fun)

Finally published my Appendix N Jam entry!

Got my Appendix N Jam entry finished and published last night! It's a Cairn-compatible Sci-fi forestcrawl inspired by Star Trek, Samuel Delany (the shuttlecraft is actually an homage to and old cover for Delany's Nova), and Ursula K. Le Guin.

Jam page is here, and Community Copies are available for the duration of the Jam :)

This would also slot pretty decently into Mothership if you're so inclined.

Open for commissions - Monsters and PC's

I draw in a couple of styles. I really like drawing monsters! DM me on here for details!

u/Monovfox — 20 days ago

Year and a half in of drawing, so happy I kept with it.

First two images are the most recent, next two are from when I first started back in January 2025. I want to start trying multi-figure, and if you have any recommendations on that problem, please point me too it.

Giant Beaver Warriors

Despite appearing in the OG Monster Manual (and being the BEST ENTRY IN THE ENTIRE BOOK), I was appalled by the lack of art of Giant Beavers for players to fight, slay, negotiate with, and (mostly importantly) fear. So, if for some reason you want to throw giant beavers at your players, here you go. We need more Giant Beaver adventures, and Giant Beaver art!

My own version of the Goblin Burrow from Sacrebleu!

Running this in Cairn. Feel free to use it in your home games.

I added a secret cavern and burial sight full of cockroach-man-zombie-mummies behind the goblin burrow, to make the dungeon a little bit more interconnected. Added secret doors everywhere, but the goblins will still shoot you with rifle.

Here's a link to the adventure on drivethru rpg. Not an ad, I just think it's neat. You'll need that module to run this dungeon as (mostly) intended anyways.

Dungeon for you to use in your home game!

Been working on my dungeon map. May end up using this for something I publish later, but figured folks could always use more free dungeons to mess around with. So here you go!

Rum and Gun Runner Hideout with Hidden Alchemy Lab (26x40)

This is a hideout for Rum and Gun Runners (smugglers) that conceals an (unknown to them) lair of a dead alchemist. Leaving up the details (stat blocks and such) to y'all, but the annotated version has what I'm doing with it!

[OC][ART] Mr.Wawaron - Another villain from my campaign: a person so greedy he turned into an 8 foot tall bullfrog-man.

Mister Wawaron used to be a man, that's at least the rumor. It's said he had such an anxiety for holding onto wealth that he'd break out into a sweat at the thought of losing it. So intense were these sweating episodes that one day he woke up to find his skin permanently moist: he had been turned into an 8-foot tall, 500 pound bullfrog. Now if anyone threatened to take his money, he could deal with them himself.

That's the rumor, at least. Either that, or magic.

He prefers his house to be extremely humid.

Some art from a project I'm brainstorming.

Been really inspired by the Louisiana bayou and New Orleans lately, and I just have a billion ideas.

[OC][ART]Drew "The Lurch", the undead villain of my upcoming campaign.

It's called The Lurch because it lurches when it runs. The lore of The Lurch is that an evil man killed a unicorn, and brought its corpse back to town to brag. The townsfolk, horrified that the spirits of the swamp would punish the town for killing a unicorn, knocked the man out, sewed him into the unicorn's stomach as justice (for the man planned to eat the unicorn), and threw him back into the swamp. Unfortunately, this did not goes as planned, as now the spirit of the man lives on in The Lurch, an amalgam of animals it slaughters through suffocation and drowning.

This is definitely the edgiest thing I have ever written lol.

Notebook doodle-insired Map for Sukiskyn Homestead from B10: Night's Dark Terror

Running this for some friends soon! One of the things I have been doing for this campaign go-around is making all of the maps doodle-inspired, to give a really light-hearted and casual vibe. Just a lot of a fighting monsters :^)

Notebooke Doodle-inspired Map of Sukisyn Homestead from Night's Dark Terror

Made this for my home game, thought some of you might get some use out of this. I wanted to do a version of this map that gave the vibe of a battlemap drawn doodled in a notebook (as I did a lot when I was in highschool). Plus, I wanted a version of the map that could actually align with a VTT grid if I really wanted to (roughly 28x38, you may need to finagle these)
