Lokkar the Skandian Huntress
Just rolled Lokkar and I'm ready to adventure in her company
The City of Alkesh (+other doodles from my campaign)
I've been running a weekly campaign set in Djurum for some family and friends and I've been drawing locations and NPCs they encounter. I recently did this drawing of the city of Alkesh and thought I would share it here! I've also included some of the NPCs they've encountered, such as the Wolf of Yarin from Cursed Scroll 2.
I'm planning on expanding this campaign into a full blown Western Reaches west march when the final books drop, this game has really been a hit with my group! The campaign currently revolves around a group of mercenaries trying to control Kytheros' Sands of Time to rewrite history and the party is working to stop them.
As a side note, I'm a freelance illustrator so if you like my style and need some art for your project, feel free to reach out!
[my art] Oldie but goodie?
This was done in 2o2o for @necroticgnome for OSE. Such a fun scene of gnomes fighting goblins in a cave. Strange how many projects I’ve worked on over the years somehow get lost in my mind until I go looking thru old piles of works. Do you see your own works sometimes and have to look twice to see if you actually drew it? Do you look at them and see how far ahead you were than you are now? Join the club! That’s art!
[my art] Cannibaal Press art
Here are a bunch I did for s Leonard Lakofka penned adventure published by Cannibaal publishing. Some I have shared, others I have not!! You can search for Cannibaal Publishing and look at their wares! Good stuff.
[OC] By popular demand you can finally get your own Krunglett for free!
Visit https://macteg.com/stockart to get the Krunglett to use for free in your personal or commercial projects!

Powerful relics found among the Silver Castle
The wise bird: ★ secret...
The blind snake: ★
The eyeless snake is senseless. It won't judge your material purity; every kind of matter can be prime matter for a greater purpose.
Whether clean, dirty, corrupted, alive, or not, the eternal spark will shine. The eternal purification will guide those brave enough to own its relic.
The roots, without any assistance, extract prime components from matter. All maleficent material is purified, then released through its linear foliage, guiding it toward an enlightened path.
Memories and souls can now be free. The relic grants them forgiveness, freeing them from their own fragile and anguished bodies “this effect also applies to sealing techniques and imprisonment magic”.
Attunement has a risky nature. Your inferior light can't stand against the undying hunger. Your soul will be slowly "purified" by this relic, and in severe cases it may abandon your flesh and follow the relic's path to divinity, leaving your body to rot in the dirt.
If there is an interruption during the soul transfusion, your soul will not be guided toward the relic's path, but will instead become trapped in another body or in a suitable container for a soul to dwell in.
Don't leave it alone. It will wander around purifying its surroundings. It can vanish within a few minutes, leaving you behind. Do not leave it alone for too long.
This relic can be used to stop fire, remove impurities and poison, and also alleviate corrosion effects.
It is not possible to locate this relic using superior sight because it doesn't store souls or soul fragments.
The wooden worm: ★
The pearl can capture the memories and feelings of the dead ones.
After being fitted onto the corpse the ring will reveal the remnants and read them in the owner's mind due to an attunement to its soul.
After multiple usage the ring will be affectionate to the poor abandoned souls, sticking with their memories. Eventually this will lead to its teeth open and let the memories go free.
When the tiny pearl is set free, it becomes a core/hearth like a soul itself. The body will awake, but this time mindless, heartless, soulless and filled with imprisoned memories to its flesh. Finally having its chance to fight back and condemn the aggression it suffered.
It will be just a cage. An empty corpse driven by intense emotions of those who got lost. These bodies no longer have an owner, these awakened are not the same people they were and this "awakened state" is temporary.
Pearls are like batteries, you can carry a lot of them and use them periodically in different bodies. Just be aware, souls are unstable. Maybe your ties are not strong enough to contain the subject corpse.
Breaking a pearl will result in the destruction of all memories and soul fragments previously stored. Also, pearls can be seen in superior sight in case they're storing any memories/soul fragments. (Superior sight quick explanation: basically it's a magical power that allows you to see further, accessing the spiritual plane (souls "inhabit" here).
The more you bloom the corpse's memories, more branches and foliage grows on the ring. You know that at any moment this ring will cover someone entirely with its foliage. What will happen after that? You really don't wanna be the lucky one to discover.
The relic already has small branches. Who got it first? Why was it used? A magnificent power like this can cause immense trouble... it fills your head with doubts.
