Hello ! Etant un amateur de metal en tout genre, mais surtout du genre émo (déso, j'aime beaucoup BMTH, Architects, Resolve ..), je cherche à faire connaissance avec d'autres fans du genre (que ce soit fan hardcore ou juste casual), histoire de partager de bonnes bières et de bons concerts autour de cette même passion :D

Est-ce qu'il existe une communauté de metaleux à Lille ? Et si non, ça vous dirait d'essayer d'en monter une ?

Edit : Je connais les lieux un peu emblématique (Black Lab, High Voltage), mais mon soucis est que je ne connais personne et je me vois mal m'incruster à une table comme ça 😂

Hello guys, this is a real curious question.

Noob here, I played wow until 3.3.5 with WotLK and at the time (and i was a kid) I founded wow slower and with a ton of content to do to achieve level 70, with a ton of raids and dungeons.

But now I rejoined WoW retail (without midnight yet) since last week and I am already level 75, didn’t finished the dragonflight campain, and learned that every dungeons and raids below 70 are no longer listed in the queue list, and I do believe stuffs in there are no longer necessary.

So, what’s the point of WoW aside of the story ? How does the end game looks like for a guy how want to achieve best gear and such? Some guys said there a almost 8 dungeons now that should be done for 80+

And don’t get me wrong, I love WoW, and things evolved so much between WotLK and now, and I ́m trying to find out how the end game could be

My question is rather simple : Do you have recommandations for a very good desk chair for both long sitting session of gaming / working on computer, with retractable arm rest (front to back, not the ones that just go lower) for guitar session ?

My budget ? illimited lets say (but if it goes more than 1.5k, it needs to be very good).

I looked at the famous Herman Miller Aeron, but the armrest seems to stay in place...

I love my HDB 630. Even if it didn't punch me when I tried it the first time (mostly because it if my first audiophile headset, but now I love it when I compare the quality of sound between my other consumer headsets), I HATE some parts of the ergonomic of that headset.

So rather just crying in my corner, maybe some of you encountered the same struggles as me and found solution to them, so here are my cons :

- I keep turning ON the pairing mode when I turn ON or OFF the headset, because you need to keep pressure on the power button, but the time between the power trigger and the pairing trigger is too short.

- Due to that, when it goes in Pairing mode, the 630 lose connection to my devices (macbook + google pixel, sometime my dongle) and I have to forget the device and re-pairing it.

- I find the touch sensor being a little bit too sensitive. Any way to decrease sensibility of that ?

- And last one, I didn't find any way to turn this OFF, but the headset keeps turning ON when I take it of the case, I don't like this feature, I prefer to power it ON whenever I want, mostly to avoid auto-connection with my devices, and messing with my audio interfaces

So, for those who encounter this issue (or others, we are here to share our experiencs), how did you fix those ?

I am not really happy with my headset (DT 770 or HDB 630) or my speakers (logitech something, good for everything but that) when I have to use my QC. It is missing some rumble, some feeling, or something like that.

So I am looking for a good cabinet (ENGL C30 like, or something good for modern metal mostly) or a good FRFR cab (if there is any good cab, at least i'll be able to dial some IRs, but it will not be that good to work on a live-to-come tone) to play with a bedroom level

It is not tone related, I like my presets and stocks/plugins one, but I need more feeling !

Any idea for something that will give me good feeling for metalcore/modern metal, and avoiding to have my landlord to kick me out ?

It is a pretty fast forward question. I love Plini, Gojira and Tim Henson (not yet available on QC) tones from the plugins, but still I've not got them yet, and based on what I saw (but not heard), they are mostly using stock amp and effects (for the most).

So, can you achieve those signature tones without them ? If yes, where should I start ? (or a 90% sounding like) Or "should I" go and buy those PCOM plugins ?
