Has the collective reddit hivemind figured out conclusively if this is something related to glue adhesion? I swear my monitor didnt have these gaps when I got it, and now a month later they there are two sections on the top of the monitor gappin.
Also, are people getting new panels to replace them if they RMA over this?
I decided to try out a TG Phasesheet PTM in my PC and ordered a 50x40 sheet from amazon. I read about the code cards they include to check authenticity so I felt confident buying it even though it was amazon.
I did receive it and opened it up to find the code sheet people talk about. I checked it on the official website and it came back as positive (authentic per the website) and gave me a template to print in case I wanted to keep a record. Curiosity got the best of me and I tried running my number again in the system and it once again gave me the notice saying it was authentic.
Since I could run the same code twice, am I chancing that the code I got (the PTM I received) could still be fraudulent? I figure a company could just make copies of the same code and continue to scam people. Anyone else have experience with this or can give me some reassurance before i install it? I have purchased directly from the ThermalGrizzley store before for my Wireview Pro 2 but I needed this more quickly than I figured I could get it from Germany.

Was happy to finally install this after getting back from a trip, so far my pins look stable under a sustained furmark load so I will assume it will do well for normal rendering and other work.
My question is around the possibility of a future update that would let me rotate the display on the WireView 90 degrees to put it in a vertical mode? I am aware it blocks the button but I don't see a reason for me to ever use the button if I am automating the shutdown feature and do not have a open case. I felt like this setup was ideal for my build/setup. If anyone disagrees I am ok with the feedback even though that was not the reason for my post. I know this is a pure vanity to have it vertical but it would be nice all the same if I could rotate it 90 degree, even if the layout of the data and perhaps the text sizing may need to change in that format. All I can see in the menu is the option to rotate 180 degrees.
Also, I will be installing the shutdown wire later, I am waiting on a front panel cable breakout extension to arrive since the one with my case is one block.

I have been trying to get frame gen to work in several different titles with no success. I did the frame rate limit etc in Nvidia control panel but it still stutters in games when u enable it. Any tips to get it working properly on this model?
I have owned this PX13 for less than am month now and in that time the few shiny spots on the monitor bezel edge where the black paint rubbed off have multiplied. I don't abuse my personal laptop and hardware, but I do treat the macbook my employer provides pretty poorly ( no case, toss it on its side to change angle while working on a project in a weird location, etc) and it looks fantastic in comparison. This px13 (A store display model manufactured 4/2025 with RTX 4050) cant handle the few weeks I have had it and used it just in my hotel room. I move it from one table to another, thats it! It is so crazy how many of these shiny spots are appearing on the bezel. Pretty much anything will mark it.
How can such a premium laptop be so darn cheap feeling and chinzy in the construction? I have had NO issues with the hinges, the drivers, sound... all that stuff that people have posted here but I cant for my life seem to stop the growing number of marks on the monitor panel.
Please help! I am really shocked this is not being complained about more widely. Anyone here able to fix this? I have a Dell XP13 in a hardshell case that protects it well and keeps it functional and readily available, but there is no such solution for the px13 that does not also block vents or cause stress on laptop hinges, or not fully allow the laptop to shut.....
I returned my LG monitor due to the spyware crap and I was wondering if there is a good way to clean my system since the damage has already been done? Thank you 🙏

I have a Wireview Pro 2 wired on pre order... it said it would ship last month... well anyways I am still waiting so I assume I can still cancel my order?
I keep seeing posts pop up about the fan issues they are having. I also see that they are releasing a Noctua edition that magically fixes all these issues. Since the Wireview Pro 2 wired is based on the original, will it also likely have the same fan issues? Is there any public statement on what the heck is going on with all this? These parts are pretty critical for people like me who want to use them. I want to be able to rely on the wireview pro 2 to shut my system down if I am traveling and have it still working on things for me but these posts are making me almost as nervous as the actual 12pin cable itself.... I get that this tech is complicated but there ARE other options such as the powersupply with per pin monitoring that I am now considering instead of this.
Any input would be appreciated!
Has anyone heard any updates on when the wired wire view pro 2 wired edition will start to ship out? I am trying to determine when I might realistically receive mine. Has anyone gotten an update recently on if they are able to stick to their projected timeline? When I ordered mine it said 3-4 weeks I think, and now it says 5-6 weeks for projected delivery time.
Also a side question if someone from TG sees this post, will the Noctua edition Wireview use an exclusive fan or will it be like the white case that you said might be released and be something I can upgrade myself (I assume there is some benefit besides looking neat?)
Does the Wireview Pro 2 wire edition come with a bracket to install it into a pci slot? I want to put it directly below my card, up against the case. I was going to try and jigsaw some metal brackets together if there was not already a prefabbed option....
