Possible light at the end of the tunnel

Met with my pelvic floor pt last Thursday and she asked me a bunch of questions then I ended up with yet another finger in my bum. She did, however, note that pretty much every single muscle down there was tense and under stress. This gave me a reluctant sigh of relief. I've been given daily breathing exercises and 3 different stretches to perform every day to relax and strengthen these muscles, she also gave me a very detailed and thorough explanation of how the muscles down there work, what stresses them and how it affects everything from urinary operation to bedroom performance, as well as the nervous system and muscle systems at play that result in pain (even minor, Intermittent pain like m,y occasional twinges and stings)

I'm very hopeful that following these guidelines will yield some results soon, I meet back with her this upcoming Tuesday, wish me luck

Cystoscopy question for anyone who’s had one

Hi guys, at the behest of my urologist I underwent a cystoscopy this morning. While I was expecting some pink urine and discomfort, the discomfort is as expected but the bleeding seems odd. It doesn’t appear that it’s mixing with my urine making it pink tinged, rather my urine is the healthy light yellow / straw color but drops of blood are coming out after I “shake” and finish emptying. For anyone who’s had one done, or our amazing urologist member, is this normal bleeding post procedure? It doesn’t appear heavy. Usually just a view drops but I was expecting tinged urine not straight blood drops. Thanks, and sorry if this is the wrong sub to ask in but I’m unaware of anyone else to ask this

Still no identified cause, please give advice

I (27m) posted initially a couple months ago about having what my doctor suspected was bacterial prostatitis. I followed through with 4 weeks total of doxycycline and flomax. My symptoms were (are) waking up to pee suddenly, frequency, a bloated feeling around the lower abdomen, and some discomfort with ejaculation. I do also sometimes get a quick stinging pain near my perineal area and occasionally the penis.

The doxy helped while I was on it, but just days after stopping I was back to symptomatic. They kept me on flomax to help with the urinary symptoms, checked my psa, and referred me to urology. My psa came back 0.68 which I understand is normal, CT scans (with an without contrast) were normal, testicular ultrasound was normal besides a mild vericocele, and I just got an MRI result back yesterday that was normal. “Prostate size normal, prostate signal normal, no suspicious prostate nodules identified, prostate enhancement is normal. Seminal vesicles are normal. No pelvic lymphadenopathy is identified. No pelvic hernias identified. Marrow signal the pelvis is normal.

I’ve now been referred for pelvic floor physical therapy which I’m scheduled for early next month. Is there anything else I could be looking into? Anything I can do in the meantime? MRI and PSA ruled out malignant causes, normal urine tests so far lean away from bacterial causes, no stones or anything either. Please give advice. Thanks !

Another tier list

Yes Bowie deserves A tier after hand update. Yes shadow daggers deserve B tier because it’s best for gloves and the hate for them is forced. Falchion belongs in C Tier because left hand glove is cut off and draw animation is awful. Top three are normie takes but objectively correct by popularity. I’ve used all of these at some point. Let’s argue about it lol.

Edit to add: Realized this list left out Kukri. Kukri is also A tier for having great animations and a big blade which is also the shiniest blade in the game in the metallic finishes (fade, slaughter, vanilla)

Please give advice

I want to start by saying I am a 27 year old man, not amazingly healthy and overweight. I understand PCa is statistically unlikely at my age, a post I made about a month ago was taken down for this reason but please hear me out and advise. I was treated for what my primary care thought was bacterial prostatitis with 4 weeks of doxycycline and Flomax. Symptoms (frequency and post void dribbling being the main ones) seemed to have improved until I finished the treatment then symptoms came back with some new symptoms (discomfort with urination, slight burning, uncomfortable and yellow ish ejaculation and lower abdominal pressure/bloating)

Primary care did 2 CTs , with and without contrast to rule out stones or renal involvement. An ultrasound of the testes was done to rule anything out there. DRE at initial diagnosis noted “tender and boggy prostate / anterior lobe”. I’ve now seen a urologist who believes it to be CPPS and suggested pelvic floor PT. I pushed for an MRI due to the seminal discoloration to which he ordered but is currently being reviewed by my insurance. I have a family history of many cancers including ovarian, cervical, lung(mother) and bladder (grandfather)

I’m freaking out because something has to be wrong or these symptoms wouldn’t be present, but I question CPPS as the correct diagnoses because PCa and Prostatitis symptoms can overlap and cases of PCa, as recorded in literature, have been on the rise since the late 90s and my age group has “abysmal” curative response and survival rates to early onset PCa which is usually more late staged and aggressive. Thank you so much in advance and again, for the mods, please hear me out since nobody else has been.

Recently bought a G913 from MicroCenter, and after getting it home I realized the cooling solution my particular unit came with (from my understanding they rotate based on availability) is this super cheap cooler master elite 360. My temps have been higher than I'd like peaking around 80c in certain games like Pragmata, other games around 70-75c. I have their extended warranty so was skeptical of replacing the Aio, but should I? I have my doubts about this cooler sufficiently cooling the 9900x3d. Keep this configuration as it sits? Replace? Take back to microcenter and have THEM install a newly purchased Aio by me? Please advise lol.

Quick version: bought a Powerspec G913 from MicroCenter and my temps peaked at 81c ish while gaming and hover 65-75 while gaming, am I cooked?

Long version: Purchased a pre built from MicroCenter today since I really dont have the time to build lately. Relevant specs:

9900X3D

Pny 5080

3x 140mm Lian Li case fans

Cooler Master Elite 360 Aio

Negative Airflow config out the box, 2x intake 4x exhaust.

Playing Pragmata earlier on Ultra settings 3440x1440p , peaked 81c with stock fan curve. Played with the curves and pump settings and, while it sounds like a jet taking off, dropped that peak to roughly 76c. Various other games ranging from Diablo 4 to Elden Ring hit anywhere between 65c-75c and didn't hit 80c again that I noticed. Idles between 40-50c

Lifetime Intel guy here, new to both AMD and High end cpus in general, last build was a 12700k. Are these temps worrisome? I don't want to alter the hardware it came with because the guys said it could void the warranty (and my extension) unless they do the work to it. Please advise. Thanks!
