hej, i hope everyone is doing well.

i have some questions regarding master's and phd studies in it in DK.

i'm danish but i lived most of my life abroad. i have got my bachelor's degree in CS from the best uni in the country i live in. i want to continue my studies in cybersecurity.

my plan was to do a master's in networking where i am right now, and then do a second master's in Denmark later. however, i heard that it's complicated to get into a master's program in DK if you already have one. is this true?

i'm not entirely sure about what i want yet, so i just need some advice on:

- danish universities that offer good cybersec programs

- how to join? ( i have IELTS ready, and i will join danish classes as soon as i move to DK, and i'm working on my resume hopefully )

- phd programs: how exactly does the application and process work for a phd in DK?

salam, i'm not sure if it's the right sub but i need some advice.

i want to have a visa card, for now mostly to make online payments and make a paypal to recieve money if i sell digital product.
but i would need it later if i want to work in freelance in IT.

i'm not sure which is the best option for me now, i'm 20yo uni student and i have eu citizenship. the options i found are:
- wise
- revolut
- a visa account ( and ig bank account ) in some bank like el baraka or salam

hello i need help please.

i bought a second hand Old 3DS XL that came pre-modded, but it boots straight into what looks like open_agb_firm flashed to firm0/firm1.

the screen just shows a plain text folder list of the SD card root with no interactive menu. the behavior existed before i touched the SD card (cause i formatted it to use ntrboot later). when i remove the SD card, it says "FatFs disk not ready".

on this menu, the console only shows folders, never any files (even though boot.firm is on the root and boot9strap.firm is in the folder). most buttons work fine, but START and SELECT do nothing here. closing the lid or using magnets does not put the console to sleep at all (even though the same magnets work on my main console). the motherboard was inspected and has no physical damage.

i tried using ntrboot (multisystem method) with two different R4 SDHC Dual-Core (r4isdhc.hk) cards and two different SD cards. the flash to the R4 was successful, but when i try the power-on button combo with the magnet, it just completely ignores it and boots back into the same text folder menu.

since the console won't go to sleep normally, i tried doing the combo completely blind from power-off, but it still skips it. i don't have a soldering iron for a hardmod. what else can i try to get this thing to trigger ntrboot and get a proper bootloader back?

i’m a third year computer science student and i’ll be graduating with my bachelor’s soon. i’m looking to pursue a master’s degree in cybersecurity somewhere in europe, preferably remote/online.

i’m danish, so i’m especially interested in countries/programs where tuition is free or low for EU students.

i’m open to different countries as long as the university/program is good. i’m also fine studying in english and plan on taking IELTS soon.

i was wondering:

• what are some good universities/programs in europe for cybersecurity?
• is it important to have work experience in the field before applying?
• how competitive are these programs generally?

i’m fluent in english and planning to take ielts. i don’t mind learning more danish either since i already know some basics.

i found some information from aalborg university, but overall i’m struggling to find clear information about fully remote degrees or flexible programs.

also for applications, does having a resume or work experience help?

hello, does anyone have ocd about having ocd? i feel terrified sometimes what if i get an episode today or during an important time that i find myself ruminating about having ocd i'm not sure if it's clear but it's like an infinite loop.

I come today with a question / need for guidance, jazakum Allah khair.

For the past year, I have been trying to get closer to Allah swt and at the same time I have been having difficulties with certain sins. I think I developed OCD because of those sins primarily, but the more I analyze it the more I think I have had it since i was little, it just changes every time and the intensity wasn't the same. It has been really hard and as long as I distract myself I feel okay, but when I don't and have to be 'productive' I start having terrible thoughts and more specifically that my life is ruined and there's no way out. I have thought of going to a therapist but I can't just tell her about my sins. So I've been feeling really lost and al-hamduliAllah with duaa and ruqya I feel slightly better but I still get those terrible episodes every now and then and you could say I'm not stable at all. I know we should always think good of Allah swt and be optimistic, but my brain always finds a way to ruin it and bring a new 'what if', even when sometimes it's really stupid and I already was reassured..
I started being scared of everything and everyone causing me harm and that I ruined everything, now I tend to isolate and avoid a lot of things, I no longer text my friends because I feel scared they don't want good for me, and I avoid going to my classes both uni and Qur'an..
I tried ignoring it or staying busy but it won't shut up. I have gotten a lot of good signs in dreams but I really don't see any changes or end to this.

I'm not sure what I should do, it can also be my fault maybe I need to do more istighfar and read surat Baqarah daily.

Any advice / help will be helpful, thank you in advance.
