Are we sure HMD is EUropean?

Their customer service is just horrible, at least on chat. It's clearly from uneducated people with requests I've never seen before (if you don't respond in 15 seconds, they'll ask if you're still there and 15s later ask again, and they go for canned messages almost all the time), and they all casually have Indian names. Is it outsourced?

Capital One Travel does not qualify as travel

So I've been trying to get a hold of C1 because the 5% quartely on the Discover It card is transportation, including airfares. But as it turns, although some agents said it did, booking through C1 travel does not count as airfare? I guess it partly makes sense since it is a travel agency, but they do make differences on whether it's a hotel or a flight for 1% or 5% whenever it is not the quarterly category.

I'm in general disappointed, you would think C1 is coherent with C1.

Transferring credit lines

C1 used to have the option to move part of your credit limit from one card to the other. I see that it was removed some years ago but also reinstated later. Is this still a thing? Do they need to offer it like product changes or is it something you request? And does being bucketed affect anything?

OPT inquiry after 4-5 months

About the inquiry that you can do on the website (which is, I believe, different from congressional), does it actually do anything? Will it speed it up or give me a timeline? I am one of the applicants that got skipped.

Title. It's got a small freezer on top of it. Fully for free, as long as you pick it up before move-out. It's used but it works.

I was wondering if anyone has been able to transfer credit lines (not balances) between both banks, specifically from Discover to C1. They seemed to not think it was possible over the phone. For those who are from Discover migrated to the C1 app, is it now an option?
