Sage condo prices are insane

They’re asking $608,900 for 790 sq ft, which, if you can believe it, is 2 bed, 2 bath. Like, my spouse and I paid $625k for a 1350 sq ft condo just over 2 years ago. They want $350k for a 425 sq ft bachelor suite. That’s insanity.

F/57/5’3” [261.0 > 166.6 = 94.4lbs] (1 year) So happy with my progress!

Started with an attitude to get healthier and calorie counting. Several months in found out I had Type 2 diabetes and was put on metformin and a GLP-1. That literally changed everything for me. Food noise is gone and I feel full so fast. I’m so happy to have the rest of my life ahead of me now. Still need to work on strength and overall fitness but I will get there.

He was sleeping there for two hours. Go figure 🤷‍♀️

Oz used to have toofers

He was about 8 years old in this photo. He’s 15 now and only has 2 molars left 😭

Feeling pretty darned good. Progress since Dec 28, 2025.

Total weight lost since Aug 13, 2025 is 75.4 lbs. the first few months was just changing eating habits. Zero junk food, lots of protein and fibre. My A1C also dropped from 6.9 to 5.6.

The fisrt few weeks on Oz were a bit rough but everything evened out after that. I LOVE NOT HAVING FOOD NOISE. I like being able to feel full and put my fork down with food still on my plate. Oz is a great tool.
