Good Affordable Internet Providers

Hello,
I will be moving to a studio around the Franklin street area.
Who are some affordable internet providers with reliable service you recommend? I don’t need ultra high download rate. Maybe I play a video game once in a blue moon.
They said we can get Verizon spectrum or optimum.

Choosing between nice 2br and tiny rent stabilized studio in Brooklyn

Have to make a decision between two apartments this weekend and having tough time. I prioritize good walkability, but quiet and good nearby restaurants/bars. Lived around Greenpoint and Graham Ave area before, that's where most of my current community is. I work 4 days in office by Rockefeller center. I like cooking a lot, and currently have a GF in Clinton Hill.

Option 1: 2br/1ba Bed stuy on Kosciuszko St btwn Throop and Thompkins - $1637 each

- Would be moving in with one of my best friends. Building is nice, laundry in basement, big rooftop, 2nd floor, great light, central AC (so higher bills?). Not rent stabilized but previous tenants said hasn't gotten raised much

Option 2: Small studio near St Marks Ave & Classon prospect heights area - $1424 + 2k brokers fee - rent stabilized. Heat included. I assume this one of those super rare unicorn deals?

Room is 20.5ft door to closet 10.5ft wide 3.25ft closet depth. Hall is 4ft wide and expands to 6ft wide past bathroom. I think I could get a queen bed, dresser, and a desk/dining combo in the hallway, maybe fit a guitar amp between the closets? Natural light is limited due to 1 window and bars, and I think I'd need a wall unit which would take part of it too. Building is well maintained no complaints on it. Laundromat in building.

Thoughts?
