Two months ago, I purchased the $50 iphone 16e, locked to 2 months supreme unlimited plan, and 6 months total service on cricket. When I want to downgrade to a cheaper plan for next month, there was no way to, and after contacting support they claimed that I needed to be on the more expensive plan for three months. Looking at the website, the deal has changed, but it was different than when I bought the phone. Any ideas of how to proceed? Do you think I would have luck going into the store and asking them there?

When I want to downgrade to a cheaper plan for next month, do i need to wait until the original 2 months of supreme unlimited has expired, or can I set up autopay for the remaining 4 months on a different plan in advance so that I don't lose service. Thanks
