

What's a go-to local meal for households that isn't pasta in your country? (Unless you're italy or an asian country)
One of our household classics is lentejas; a linse goulash-ish meal (cause its not a soup, it needs a certain texture) where you throw in chorizo, blood sausage morcilla, fat bacon or pig skin layers and many other things depending on where youre from or what you have
This time I did this with only chorizo and a leftover Iberico Ham bone. First I light-fry some onions, red paprika and some garlic cloves then I throw in the meat ingredients for a while, then the linses
I love to eat this with red winegar and wine and its pretty healthy
