Is there anyway I can fix this tear in a poster?

Hi y’all this has been the last straw in a long week :( I know this isn’t exactly a book but seeing as there’s paper restoration that goes on here I thought i’d ask. it’s about 2 inches long and is torn 3 ways but not to the edge. I foolishly knocked something over on to it while it was sitting on carpet hence why it’s punctured. It’s quite thick which is why i’m guessing it ripped instead of flexing. Has a matte smooth finish that reminds me of nice construction paper. I would like to replace it but it’s signed and I don’t have the budget to acquire another copy or seek out professional repairs. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Hello everyone, this is my first trade here! I don't have any reviews, but I do have trades over on r/photomarket. This is a local sale (maybe open to shipping if enough traction), so you'll be able to check it out in person. I'm selling an almost complete pc build, less than a year old.

Notes:
The power supply only has a 12VHPWR cable; the XFX 9070xt requires 2x8. You could try to source new cables or switch GPUs. I can include the box/packaging for the 9070xt if you wish to sell it. Side ARGB fans seem to be acting up, ive goten them to work by restarting, but some setting needs to be changed (I think the case LED switch/hub is acting up). Needs an SSD and 2x8-pin power cables to be a complete gaming PC. I'm selling because I no longer have the time or money to tinker with this.
