What a stunner! (SW Portugal)

I’m a cleaner in Portugal. My clients have a new place- they had a small leak in the roof, now fixed. The bathroom floors are stained with this, I think it may be the finish on the bamboo on the ceiling (picture included)

I didn’t want to try any chemicals without a little advice first. Doesn’t come off with normal mopping with floor cleaner.

Has anyone got any ideas?

I’m a cleaner- I was in a house today, that used to be owned by glass blowers! They left these behind, and the new owners didn’t want them. So gave them to me rather than putting them in the bin! I’m no glass expert, and I love them anyway, but a 5 minute google turned up Murano glass lights. Do we think this is correct??
