Hey, looking to buy a second home in Tahoe. I’ve got it narrowed down to Glenbrook, Clear Creek, or Martis Camp. So far, Glenbrook is the front runner with the intention of joining Clear Creek. Any advice on the differences between the 3? I have 2 small kids and want them to have a good place to spend summers/ski in the winter time. Any tips are appreciated.

Moving the family to San Diego and looking for the right private club setup. We’ve got two young boys (6 and 4), so family amenities and a solid junior scene are huge for us. I’m coming from a very middle-class background—recently came into money, but I’m strictly looking for a laid-back, zero-ego vibe with a great golf course. Santaluz seems like the frontrunner from my initial research, but I’d love some candid feedback on the culture there versus other local clubs.
