Why is my top coat brush hardening after 1 or 2 nails NO MATTER WHAT?!
I know activator is likely the culprit. But I've waited over 10 min from application of activator before top coat and it's still hardening. What's happening?!
Also, if you'd care to share yours with before and after I'd love to see!
