need your insights/inputs about BanKo App

I’m currently saving money on Maribank and may nabasa ako na better mag-ipon dito sa BanKo of BPI. Can you guys help me to trust this bank. Tama ba yung ginawa ko na na simply open this account without going to their physical office? Plan ko sana na dito ko na ilagay yung savings ko and just use maribank as panggastos na card.

Thank you so mucho!

I hope we have all the courage.

Today marks exactly three years since the day everything changed.

Three years ago, I found myself constantly thinking about my health, wondering when my last day would be, questioning whether I would wake up after falling asleep, and sometimes believing that everything might finally feel lighter if my life simply ended.

Back then, one of the reasons I kept going was my mom. I didn't want her to carry the pain of losing the son she believed was strong, the son who was close to becoming the first college graduate in our family.

For a long time, I wasn't really living. I was surviving.

I kept hoping that one day everything would magically get better. Other times, I thought maybe all the noise in my head would stop if I stopped breathing.

That season lasted for almost two and a half years before I finally found the courage to seek professional help.

Looking back, it's ironic. Part of me felt relieved after receiving a diagnosis. For the first time, what I had been experiencing had a name. Whenever negative thoughts or trauma responses showed up, I finally had something I could understand and work through instead of fighting an invisible enemy.

At the same time, it hurt knowing that something so difficult had affected my life for so long before I faced it.

Sometimes I wonder what life would have looked like if I had asked for help the moment I knew I needed it.

I'm not sharing this so people will focus on my diagnosis or what I've been through.

I'm sharing this for anyone who feels like they might need help but keeps postponing it.

Please don't hesitate to reach out.

I know it's hard. I know it's uncomfortable. I know it takes courage.

But getting help doesn't mean you're weak.

Sometimes, getting help is one of the strongest things you can do.

It's choosing to face the thoughts that keep you awake at night.

It's choosing to fight for the relationships that matter to you.

It's choosing to believe that life can feel lighter, even if it happens slowly.

And if you're struggling right now, I hope you know this:

You don't have to carry everything alone.
