I run a charity that gives instruments to underpriviledged children and was given this nearly new Epi 12 string. I have a luthier that donates his time to do setups and fret jobs and neck work, but he's skittish at attempting a fix on this. Worth spending time on to repair, or relegate it to being a wall hanger art piece?
