⚠️ CONSUMER WARNING — UNDER GROUND RESEARCH CLUB (UGRC)
This is my personal account of what I observed in the group. I am not alleging criminal conduct, and members should examine the available evidence and make their own decisions.
New members should be cautious with administrator-led group buys. My concerns are:
• Vendors appeared to be selected by administrators rather than through a transparent member vote.
• I did not see clear disclosure of whether administrators received discounts, commissions, free products or other benefits from group purchases.
• Some products were offered without batch-specific, independently verifiable COAs being provided before payment.
• Members were expected to fund testing after receiving products, meaning the quality risk and testing cost remained with the buyers.
• Questions about vendor selection and transparency were not always welcomed, and some members who challenged the process were reportedly removed.
Accounts connected with my experience included FusionBio Labs, The Duchess (formerly PandaParty) and NinjaOz. I am not commenting on anyone’s private life or claiming knowledge of private financial arrangements. My warning concerns transparency, testing and accountability around group purchasing.
Before joining any group buy:
• Ask who selected the vendor and why.
• Ask whether organisers receive any financial or non-financial benefit.
• Require batch-specific independent testing that can be verified directly with the laboratory.
• Confirm pricing, refunds and responsibility for failed testing in writing.
• Never rely solely on administrator endorsements or vendor-supplied paperwork.
A COA is only useful when it matches the exact batch and can be independently authenticated. If organisers will not disclose conflicts, testing or purchasing terms before payment, do not participate.
