Well this speaks for itself
Would you wear this
Woke up and came up with a melodic version of From The Inside
I wrote an Memoir about Linkin Park in English class
A year ago, in grade 7 I was in LA (Language Acquisition) and we were given a task to write about our experiences that changed our life. I chose the moment I discovered Linkin Park in Sept. 2024 and wrote it about that, plus the comeback of LP.
Btw how I discovered LP:
I was in a Rock Band Club type thing and we were split into bands… and my peers umm started arguing over what song to play one guy and me were like “Whatever It Takes (Imagine Dragons), whatever it takes (to play it)” and then our drummer suggested some unknown to me song In The End… and the second we heard the rapping and the “coolness” we immediately chose it… and I started getting into Linkin Park… and umm just know in Grade 6 I didn’t understand half of the lyrics of there and I learned ‘em. So yeh after a couple months we did Numb, then a lil break from LP songs, than Massive (our own ish version) and yeh rn everyone hates me being a fan of LP and my only suggestions being smth around LP 😆 and yeh basically LP helped me learn English. And I’m still loving it.
1.5 years ago my grandma told me “it’s just a phase, you’ll forget about them 2 months from now” I didn’t and I got even deeper. Soon will be 2 years, went to see LP in June 2025, on 26th… later discovered Grey Daze, went to see ‘em in March 2026… if anyone gets the reference: the fire alarm happened.
Btw because of that Memoir I went into LL (Language & Literature)
Yeh umm started songwriting and playing guitar in March 2025 because of them.
Basically they gave me a future and goals, and surely helped with my English better then any teacher could.
Fun fact: I could remember their name at first like 2 months and kept forgetting the song or the band…😆
Bonus Fun Fact: I got on Reddit only because of r/LinkinPark subreddit at first.
What about ya’ll? Any stories?
What kind of dark joke this is?
Am I tripping this really does look like Emily?

8 months on this subreddit today (my observations so far)
Mostly I downloaded Reddit only because of this specific subreddit. Like just too see more Linkin Park content and maybe talk to people. While I knew Reddit most of the time has negative opinions… I never thought that much of them… In the first 2 months of me posting I didn’t have a single upvote only downvotes and really negative comments.
I think sometimes I feel like people think they write into the void and no one is gonna read them… But surprise, surprise! There is another person behind the screen especially the OP and they are going to read it and maybe get upset. So for these people out there not thinking through what they’re saying, please read through! And maybe ask yourself “if I saw this comment myself, would I like to see it? Would this get me upset?” And if it doesn’t upset you in particular, remember people are different! Not everyone thinks one thing is negative but some might. If you have an opinion that is negative or obvious or a person captioned “I messed up a bit” no need to point that out again! Just keep that opinion to yourself! A person spent time into that, and you just sound like you’re mocking them…
About covers people post here (including me). When I started posting covers people actively started to point out the most obvious thing that I already captioned or opinions that are unnecessary. Like a lot of people started comparing me to Chester and I honestly never even thought of that being close to him or whatever. I sometimes just post for fun, just to keep record of my covers. Sometimes I just record a vid of me singing just for my soul and maybe not perfect or shit, but I just wanna share it. I really don’t like seeing people say “not close enough” or “you disrespect Chester by singing like that/ this” or “why are you singing newer songs. Emily is shit. Her voice is shit. And you disrespect the legacy of Chester!” And like I noticed that at some point every discussion on voice ends up with arguing about how close the person got to original or how the person is shit or ends up as a discussion about Chester in any way. Covers are covers, they supposed to be different like it does not need to be perfectly the same or even be the same style of vocals or music.
I hope you read all that! What do y’all think about that? And have you had similar experiences in any of subreddits or this one?
First nu melody
Planning to make a song out of this…
Can you give me your associations with this? And maybe like what artists does this remind of?
Inspired by OML song an album
My fav album turned 9 today so I gotta post this. Btw the original date I recorded this, was 19 March 2026, meaning exactly 2 months ago.
Hope ya’ll like my improv on this one.
One More Light Turned 9 years today
Honestly I know many people hate on this album but for me it’s all time favourite! And it’s even on my flair in r/LinkinPark and like I like this album a lot and I think it gave me a lot of inspiration for my own stuff.
Listening to One More Light on vinyl is so much better
Should I buy the One More Light album? Like is it better on vinyl too?
Ppl I think I just merged two random things into one good audio (Welcome-Fort Minor and some random ad)
Hope ya’ll are able to read my handwriting… I’ve just always wanted to play the original chords and figured that out today while listening to it…
Like Sidestage and Backstage… the unreleased ones? And where can I find em?
As an Episode/ Podcast I mean…
It’s kinda sad that it’s not on Spotify
