NGD: Westone 1987/88 Spectrum III - XA1330CY Anniversary in Chrome Yellow

I just added a new one to the collection today! Picked up this late 80’s Westone Spectrum III and I absolutely love it.

I wanted something weird and very 80’s, and I think I nailed it—the yellow finish and reverse headstock are ridiculous in the best way.

I didn’t know much about old Westones before this, but it sounds great and is a total blast to play. Plus the previous owner treated it very well. It is pretty minty.

Anyone else have one of these?

NGD! Fender Vintera 60’s Jaguar Modified HH

I just added this ‘new to me’ 2019 Vintera 60’s Jaguar Modified HH to the arsenal! I love the surf green with the tort pickguard. Whoever had this before made it a monster. It was fully rewired with a DiMarzio DP159 in the neck and a DiMarzio V4 in the bridge. It sounded very heavy and powerful when I tested everything out! It does have the trem, but I have it off for now. This thing is gonna be fun! 🎸 🤘🏽

NGD! 1993 PRS Custom 24 10-Top

Just bought my second guitar and I had to join the PRS family! I had been eyeballing this one for a minute and finally pulled the trigger. That red just looks awesome to my eye. Everything is all original with all the candy. It’s pretty clean considering its age. This thing feels great and the sound is amazing! 🤌🏽

My First Guitar - Pawn Shop Special Mustang

I just bought my first guitar a couple of weeks ago! I have found myself with extra time these days so I decided to learn how to play. I found this sweet candy apple red pawn shop Mustang and just had to get it. Everything is all original and it only has a few bumps and bruises from living its life. I haven’t been able to put this thing down! I have zero background in music so everything has been pretty foreign to me. I’m just slowly going through the Justin Guitar app/modules trying to get down some fundamentals and then afterwards I mess around in Rocksmith to have some fun. I’m really enjoying the process so far!
