This is probably the most Targaryen looking Targ we’ve seen on screen in terms of otherworldly appearance. Is there anyone else?

Alicent is mildly disturbed and Helaena straight doesn’t give a fuck. Does Rhaenyra have limp noodles for arms? It’s valyrian steel.

I’m only team black because I think Rhaenyra is an incompetent loser

Pathetic characters are my kryptonite.

If Rhaenyra had been written with a single admirable leadership quality in either F&B or HOTD, I’d be team green. I prefer the green dynamics and I character arcs more interesting, particularly in the source material. In most stories, that would be the side I naturally gravitated towards.

But you just can’t create a character that doesn’t have a single win in the entire story(that’s not some other character’s idea) and tell me not to root for her. You can’t write her making a moronic decision that leads to her death(going to dragonstone instead of the vale) and tell me that’s not my girl.

The fact that F&B Rhaenyra is incapable of making one decision during the entire war that’s not stupid unlocks a maternal instinct in me that feels she should be protected. Even with HOTD being pro-Rhaenyra, she still comes across as a limp noodle. She’s like a little baby bird.

TIL Bobby Brown made cocaine-coated fried chicken when he was 10 years old. The 80s hitmaker made the mistake while cooking dinner. He was unaware that his mother sold cocaine & mistook a bag of cocaine for the flour he needed to coat the poultry with before putting it in the pan.
