Stressed and need advice

Thanks for taking the time to read. 🥺

I’m a F27 with 3 children, F4&half/F3&half/M10months. We have had mold exposure in our last home and just found mold in our home again after doing inspections. We have had so many illnesses over the last few years especially scarlet fever and staph infections and we are all staph positive in our noses. We get impetigo often and the drs prescribe nasal ointment, but someone else always ends up sick again. It’s like a never ending cycle. My son has had respiratory issues since he was born and now we found mold again it makes a lot of sense and I’m super frustrated. He currently has been sick for 3 weeks and he has super thick yellow phlegm which he has been coughing/sneezing up and it’s been blocking his nose, the suction bulb is struggling to get it up because it’s so thick. I’ve been concerned about him getting pneumonia so I took him to our gp and urgent care 1-2 days ago. They told me he is okay and I’ve tried everything they suggest for viral illness. (Nobody has ran any cultures). Today one of my daughters has a boil on her bum and impetigo in her nose. I’m so tired, I don’t know what to do. Now I have to take her to the drs aswell, but there’s also a chance the dr will prescribe her another gel for the boil instead of giving oral antibiotics. Will this ever end? I don’t know what to say to my dr when we go in. I’m just so lost. What should we do??

Is this normal?

Behind my knee, you can see my right leg has some noticeable swelling but the other side looks more normal. It’s just soft. I have lymph node swelling in other areas, like my arm pits, neck and groin. So I’m not sure if this is another spot for lymph nodes? I actually only noticed because I was looking at my legs in a mirror, I’ve never seen my legs look like that before. Should I be worried?

Coparent said I shouldn’t have … in my home out of respect for him

My ex cheated on me and I kicked him out. We have 3 kids together. Now his in another relationship, shacked up probably with the same woman. Our youngest is 8 months. I have always done everything on my own. No parents, no friends nearby, no support. His had the kids one weekend at his place with his new gf, but there’s no set schedule or care atm I am and have always been the primary parent. He always tells me I should call him and tell him to have the kids when I want to date or have … in my home, no men should be around and I quote “his kids”. Says I’m disrespecting him. I’m very respectful, don’t let my kids meet anyone that isn’t serious and if anything ever happens like that … it’s at night when they are all asleep and I do it respectfully. I know I’m not out of my mind, his delusional as hell right?

Please help. Started off as me cutting my ingrown nails myself, I gave myself either trauma or a fungal infection. I’ve seen a podiatrist but they didn’t think it was fungal, in the end it was too expensive. So I ended up cutting nails myself again. Is this trauma, fungal, or health related? The big toes i literally have to “dig them out” to get under them? It’s like they are growing into the skin and they are sore thick and breaking. All my little toes are growing thick aswell, but seems like it’s only at the ends. The rest of the nail looks fine.
