Furnace Settling - Gap in Ducting

Hi there. My basement is very old and my furnace is relatively new ~5 years old. I noticed this weekend that settling has happened and now there is a gap above the first main piece of the furnace nearest the floor and the next component. I’m not familiar with hvac terminology. Air blows out of this gap and I can see that it was sealed at one point. Is this something I can fix myself with duct tape or should I get a furnace tech out to level the system and seal the gap again?

Edit #1 - Thanks for all of these responses! Very helpful. What I’ve realized now that I’ve thought through it more is I know what the cause is after all. We had the main floor joist raised and added additional posts a few months ago to level out the main floor. Obviously that raised all of the duct work and lifted the furnace causing this issue. I didn’t notice at the time and neither did the contractor. I think you all are right that I need to shim it up so that the gap closes then use hvac tape to seal it back up.

Looking for 19” Aero Wheel Takeoffs

I’ll be picking up a 2023 CPO Skyscraper Grey eDrive 40 later this week. Premium package, shadow line, HK sound system, HUD, black interior. 14k miles for ~$39k in Illinois. Seems like a solid deal based on my research, but open to feedback. My main reason for posting is I don’t care for the 18” wheels and would love to find some takeoffs of the 19” aero wheels. Anyone selling any? I like how they look with and without the aero covers so it would give me options!

Lease Takeover? $289/mo, 10 months remaining, 2024 A-Spec, Black w/Red Int, 19500 miles, about 17k remaining miles

Title says most of it! Got a screaming deal back in Feb of 25, but now I’ve moved to Chicago and this car is too big for my garage and driving around the city. Would love to not pay the remaining payments as a lump sum if anyone else wants 10 months of really affordable driving.
