10+ sessions 2.5 years minimal results

2nd and 3rd picture taken today.

it really looks like the ink barely budged since over a year ago and ive spent so much money on it already.

ive only just realised how slow the progress has been watching videos on TikTok of other peoples progress.

i’ve mindlessly just kept going back every 4 months thinking it will change at some point but surely by now the ink should be breaking up? The lines are still very much there…

On the practitioners website it says she usea the Lynton Luminette Q Switch if that helps.

Could it be the machine? Or the strength she uses is too low? Should I go elsewhere?

Been at the hairdressers a few days ago and I’m really not liking my hair

i asked for natural looking neutral-cool, beige muted blonde.

after she was done she told me it might take a few more sessions to get it to the desired colour and booked me in a month and a half for a full head of bleach. but i dont think i need more bleach the technique and toner is just not right.

I’ve been with this small family run business for 10 months working as an admin assistant and honestly I’ve never experienced anything like this. Because of the way I’ve been treated I had to be put on medication.

I emailed my notice last week on a day I wasn’t in, I thought that was the safest thing for me to do.

my boss called me next day bang on 9am (when i wasn’t in that day either)

I of course didn’t answer as I wasn’t given any type of message or anything expecting a call.

I messaged him saying sorry I missed the call but Im just looking for written confirmation- he never replied to that message but did answer my resignation with dates etc.

Next time I was in, first day of my notice he told me he wanted to give me “some feedback for the future” saying that the way I handled my resignation wasn’t fair and that I should’ve given him a heads up. And that he raised his eyebrows at the message I sent him as he just “wanted to talk”.

i told him I thought I was being professional but he just went on and on how it’s not good to act this way.

He asked me if I have something lined up, I said yes just bartending at a local pub. He asked which pub I just said a local pub and then he GUESSED which one.

He then said that the owners spend a lot of time at that place and I knew he was stressing at that point. He asked me to not tell them any of the ”plans“ he’s told me that doesn’t include the owners.

And he told me that I will also see him there- which I think was a bit of a threat and a weird way to still have tabs on me.

He asked me what days I’ll be working etc which again made me a bit weirded out.

Anyways I have 3 weeks of this notice and he’s not given me any work. I might have one or two tasks that take under an hour and that’s it. When usually I’m so swamped I can’t even take my full break, I really don’t understand why I’m even there.

oh also, I found out that they were not going to pay me for last month if I didn’t turn up for my notice period. I wasn’t paid on the usual day but my boss and coworker were paid on time.
