I bought this shirt at a garage sale and the only similar example is in a museum but they don't provide much info. If anyone can provide any information that'd be awesome.

Not sure if this is the right place to post it but I picked up this shirt and a garage sale that has a bunch of early mascots on it and I was wondering if anybody could tell me anything about her.
