Y’all think the name was a coincidence, or the writers met Connie Britton and were like “yeah that name works”?
The door under it is a simple coat closet, which we’ll need to keep (many coats needs in Chicago)
There IS an outlet, so maybe a Christmas tree in the winter
We do have cats, so I was considering a little cat hangout up there
(this isn’t an ad, actually asking)
I’m building an Electron app, but in some cases of my app I need to run heavily parallelized steps and really squeeze some more juice from CPU.
I’m not trying to do a full Tauri/Wails app as I really like TS, and would prefer to stay primarily in TS
One idea I had was to handle most of the app in Typescript, and then for my one or two one-off use cases, spin up a workhorse to better handle the high-CPU workloads
Anybody ever try this before? Any pitfalls to be aware of?
Thanks!
I would assume this area would be much more popular for housing & shops. Everything within a few blocks feels like… it could be nicer. Awesome public transit connectivity. Businesses are successful just a few blocks away
Shops & restaurants further down division are cool. And same further up & down Milwaukee.
I’ve only been around for a few years, so not sure if there’s more historical context on the area
