I'm trying to get in shape for an upcoming birthday trip. To motivate myself, I bought a hoodie I really wanted, but one size too small. Hoodie arrived yesterday and it fits perfectly.

I'm I allowed to return clothes because they fit?

If I somehow went into space and retrieved abandoned hardware, e.g. Musk's Tesla Roadster or the Lunar Rover on the moon from the 70s, can I legally keep them?

Edit: Thanks for the answers everyone, appreciate it. At least now I know that if I become a filthy billionaire with too much time in my hands (like a certain South African I know) I shouldn't waste my money retrieving other people's shit from space 😆.
