How do I get out of loserqueue as nunu

Title. Almost every game I'm queued up with at least 1 or 2 lobotomites. Perma pushing under team tower and getting perma ganked, adc rotating to mid before quest cuz he's tilted, etc. I climbed from silver to plat with +30 -10 with an 80% wr on Nunu. I feel like ever since I hit plat, I've just been bombarded with idiots on my team. Maybe like 1/5 games I'll get out jungled, but otherwise I usually win or at worst go even, Most of my losses feel unfair and most of my wins feel like I have to tell everyone what to do perma. Now I have +20 -19 still plat 4. I just want teammates who aren't perma running it.

As nunu, I feel like I can enable my laners at best, but I cant hard carry like rengar or viego. What do I do? I've watched guides by pentaless and I feel like Im similar in a lot of my decision making, but he has 4 teammates that I dont.

Very confused about conflicting info on my actual maintenance calories

Hello,

I'm 6' 3", 200lbs, around 17% bf according to an impedance scale. I've lifted for about 2 years though not all at once (1.5 years on, 2 years off, another 6 months on). The main thing I've struggled with finding is an accurate measure of what my maintenance calories would be, and my weekly weight fluctuates too much for me to be able to calculate it from that (I can be stuck at the same weight for a week, go down 2lbs the day after and then back up for another week or two). I try to measure after I wake up and use the washroom every day.

Anyways, I've been religiously cutting at 1800-1900 calories a day for the past month. I get 200g of protein, 35g of fats and the rest carbs. I use a precision scale for all my meals, count all ingredients including oils and sauces, and use chronometer to track. Exceptions are when I hang out with my friends once or twice a week, in which case I might get 2000-2500 calories. I've lost about 4.5lbs in the past month, meaning I've averaged a 525 cal deficit daily. I workout for 30m-1hr 3-4 times a week, for an average of 3hrs of weightlifting a week, desk job and ~20m of walking daily otherwise.

This puts my maintenance at ~2400 calories at 6' 3" 200lbs 24yo, which I find hard to believe. Also, almost all online "sources" show my maintenance at around 3000 (bmr and TDEE calculators, guides by people like nippard), and went through lots of reddit comments, and most people lighter than me and as active say they have a maintenance of 2800-3100. I've gotten bloodwork to make sure I have no hormonal problems.

I'm worried about cutting too aggressively and losing a lot of muscle, and I'm about to start a "lean" bulk and want to be as accurate as possible. I don't want to waste half a year trying to figure out what an accurate number is, I want to know if anyone has any thoughts or advice? Are DEXA scans worth it? Garmin/apple watch? etc?
